In addition to the terms and conditions of Windows Live, we ask you to comply with the conditions of Wombwell Parish as follows:
1 The provision of email is an "as is" service and Wombwell Parish cannot and will not be held responsible for any failure for emails to be sent or received
2 It is the users responsibility to ensure that any "important" emails are backed up - Wombwell Parish cannot be held responsible for loss of data
3 Wombwell Parish will do everthing possible to maintain your account and will give you at least 30 days notice of the intention to close the service - Wombwell Parish cannot, however, be held responsible for the closure of the service as a result of external factors that are out of our control - eg) the cessation of our hosting provider
4 Wombwell Parish will suspend or delete your account if it is found out that you are using the email service for inappropriate means.
5 Following the establishment of your account, you will be asked to change your email password - this is for your own security - Wombwell Parish will not keep a record of your password and neither will any Member of Staff be able to access your account or read your emails.
